Discounted Pass Program

The Discounted Pass Program is a community grant award process to support qualifying non-profit organizations and government agencies' efforts to assist eligible persons with their transportation needs. CTS offers tickets to qualifying organizations at a 50% discount. Monthly passes may be awarded as deemed appropriate by CTS.


Please review the full program details before applying. Applicants who do not complete the process may be disqualified.


Application Schedule

October 10, 2022: Grant application period opens

November 10, 2022: Grant applications due by 4:00 p.m.

November 25, 2022: Grant awards announced

January 3, 2023: Awarded discounted tickets ready for pickup and awardees billed

December 31, 2023: Program period ends


Application Instructions

  1. Complete the application questions and request form.
  2. Provide a copy of your organization’s 501(c)(3) non-profit certification or government licensure.
  3. Submit the completed application questions and request form to CTS no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 10, 2022.
