In appreciation of the benefits that outstanding employees bring to Clallam Transit System and the public, we acknowledge and recognize those who have demonstrated exceptional performance, service, and commitment to the system and its mission.
Hayley Grall, Administrative Services Coordinator
Her nomination reads, “Hayley always has a positive attitude and comes in ready to work. She tackles all jobs head on without complaint and is always up for a challenge. She has been instrumental in the transition to Tyler from Avail to get the HR module running and tracking everything it needs to. She supports every CTS employee when needed and treats all customers with respect.”
Taron Lee, Operations Supervisor
His nomination reads, "I would like to nominate Taron Lee for his incredible leadership. He takes on problems head first and works to find the best solution for both drivers and customers. He is clear in his directives, supports his fellow coworkers, is a problem solver, and has a level-headed, calm disposition about himself."
Denny Goudie, Fixed-route Operator
Part of his nomination reads: “Denny has been among the most reliable, consistent, and positive people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. He very clearly represents CTS values and culture in all of his endeavors at the work place, showing grace under pressure, efficiency in communication, and resolves issues in the field easily and with self-reliance. Although I am unable to express all of his qualities in a way that he deserves, I have never been more certain of his qualifications for this award. Having co-workers like Denny helps to make working at CTS a pleasure. I have never heard from the employees or customers anything but positive words about his work!”
“Denny has all westside runs and always has control of bus under undesirable conditions, he is reliable and is always willing to help when needed. His professional attitude and manners are an asset to CTS. A lot of drama happens on his westside trips, and he is able to diffuse and reduce situations. Denny is awesome as a co-worker!”
“Denny has been employed at CTS for two years. During this time he has proven himself to be a valued employee. He always has a great attitude, is willing to take on extra work, is kind and courteous with customers, and fellow employees. He takes on any task needed without complaint. I appreciate his strong work ethic and his great attitude. CTS is lucky to have him working in this organization.
Delaney Ronish, Mobility Coordinator
Part of her nomination reads, "Delaney is a breath of fresh air. She brings a positive energy with her wherever she goes and is always willing to help. I can see her making an impact on the agency and her career. She is an asset and we are fortunate to employ her. She deserves Employee of the Quarter”
Kelsi Beale, Fixed-route Operator
Kelsi started with CTS in June 2021 as a Paratransit Operator for Clallam Connect. Not even 6 months later she completed training to be a Relief Paratransit Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative. In June of 2023 she was promoted to Fixed-route Operator, and later that year she covered paratransit shifts when the department was short-staffed.
Her nomination for 2023 says that “her willingness to learn, ability to work well with others, and her dedication is greatly appreciated. Customers comment on how caring she is and her positive demeanor. Kelsi truly symbolizes the best of CTS and is a person who represents Clallam Transit’s vision and mission.”
