Information needed to make a reservation
- Last name, then first name
- Purpose of ride (if for a doctor's appointment provide the name of the doctor and the suite number - no personal medical information needed)
- Pickup address
- Destination address (including building name and specific drop-off and pickup information)
- Telephone number at destination
- Appointment time or preferred pickup time and date
- Return ride pickup time request
- Will a personal care attendant ("PCA") travel with you?
- Will a companion (not a client, requires no assistance, fees apply), other than your PCA, travel with you?
- Will the client be in a wheelchair?
- Describe the wheelchair or other mobility assistance device
Reservation Reminders
Trips should be scheduled at least 1 - day in advance, or up to 7-days in advance. Help us serve you better by making your trip reservation as far in advance as possible. When scheduling, be prepared to schedule a return time as well as a pickup time. Next-day service reservations must be made by 4:00 pm the previous day.
- Allow enough time to get from the bus to your destination.
- Be aware of opening and closing times at your destination so you do not have to wait outside the building. Your arrival may be as early as thirty (30) minutes before your appointment.
- Allow ample time to finish your appointment so you will be ready for the bus when it arrives.

- Call us for a reservation between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.
- Next-day service requests must be made no later than 4:00 PM the day before.
An answering machine is also available for after-hours and on Sundays and holidays.
