Presence of a disability or a disabling health condition by itself does not automatically make you eligible for Clallam Connect service. The ability to ride Clallam Transit buses is the basis for eligibility. Applications will be reviewed by Clallam Connect based on one of the following eligibility qualifications.

Categories of Eligibility: Your eligibility may be classified as conditional, unconditional, or temporary. These categories are defined and mandated by the ADA regulations.
Clallam Connect will respond to you within 14 days of receiving a fully completed application. If you have not received an answer within 21 days, you will be treated as eligible and provided services until an answer is received. You may appeal the denial of service in accordance with the
Eligibility Appeals Procedure.

TITLE VI NOTICE
